One front door for TD&P matters

Choose the healthcare question that best describes the assignment.

TD&P will confirm what it leads, what requires coordinated specialists, and whether a defined estimate or individualized scope is appropriate.

Before you begin

Start with the healthcare question, proposed deliverable, scope, and timing. Supporting documents are optional. When selected, they help confirm volume, organization, likely workstreams, and expert requirements without leaving your browser. The result is a planning estimate, not a final fee.

  • Identified submission sends the case name or caption that you enter, together with the proposed scope and budget.
  • Anonymous submission uses a randomly generated code that is not derived from the client, patient, claimant, or court case.
  • Alternative cost scenario means another assumption set to calculate—for example low/base/high costs, different treatment frequency, one-time versus lifetime care, or with/without a proposed procedure.
  • Report version means a materially different draft, update, audience version, or assumptions package—not ordinary corrections.
  • Analytical module means a work area that may support the engagement, such as valuation, reimbursement, claims, clinical, vocational, or economic analysis.
Privacy and data handling

Browser boundary: selected PDFs, extracted text, and filenames are processed within this browser session. The calculator does not intentionally upload them or include them in the submission summary.

Ordinary connection data: the hosting and network providers may receive routine website metadata, including IP address, browser information, request time, and security logs.

Submission choice: the generated summary includes either the case name or the anonymous matter code, plus the selected scope, volume measures, timing, and preliminary budget. It excludes document contents and source filenames.

Approved channel: send the summary through your firm’s approved email process to info@tdphealth.com, including encryption when required. Send any supporting documents separately through the same approved process.

Retention: close this page after use. Protect or delete downloaded summaries under your firm’s approved retention policy.

De-identification limit: removing direct identifiers reduces exposure. It does not, by itself, establish HIPAA Safe Harbor or Expert Determination de-identification.

Risk limit: local browser processing reduces document-transmission exposure but does not eliminate duties involving authorization, device security, browser extensions, downloads, email, retention, confidentiality, or breach response.

Professional review: this tool does not certify HIPAA compliance, information security, final pricing, conflict clearance, or engagement terms. TD&P must confirm the final scope and fee.
